Overview CT Technologist - CT specialty needed for a travel assignment in Vail, Colorado. Start date is 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks. Setting:

Short Term Acute Care Hospital Responsibilities Perform CT imaging using the CT scanner, following physician orders and established protocols. Position patients and selection of appropriate scanning protocols to optimize image quality. Administer or coordinate contrast agents as required, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and ensure IV access when needed. Ensure image quality and proper documentation; review images for artifacts and repeat scans only as necessary. Maintain radiation safety practices and ALARA principles; monitor equipment performance and room readiness. Collaborate with radiologists and department staff to deliver timely, accurate diagnostic information. Requirements ARRT CT certification ARRT Radiography (R) certification BLS certification CAPS credentialing requirement; apply ASAP. May take up to two weeks to obtain.
