Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a positive impact each day by supporting an elementary student in a 1:1 setting as a Registered Behavior Technician. This contract opportunity offers the rewarding challenge of working directly with a student who has behavioral needs, allowing you to utilize your expertise and compassion within the school environment. You'll enjoy consistent full-time hours and the chance to be a key part of facilitating a meaningful and productive school experience for your student.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required Experience in school settings, particularly at the elementary level, preferred Skill in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Excellent communication, observation, and documentation abilities Patient, adaptable, and committed to student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to an elementary student with behavioral challenges throughout the school day Implement behavior intervention strategies under the direction of supervising BCBA and school staff Collect and report data to monitor student progress and inform adjustments to plans Foster positive relationships and encourage the student's social, emotional, and academic development Maintain professional and confidential interactions with students, staff, and families This contract position provides competitive pay, with hourly rates from $25-$29 depending on experience.
