9 Weeks Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform advanced CT imaging procedures in a high-volume hospital radiology department. Responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, radiation protection, and compliance with hospital protocols. Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures following prescribed protocols for diagnostic accuracy Use appropriate kV and mA settings to optimize image quality and reduce radiation exposure Conduct daily quality control and equipment calibration checks Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after CT procedures Administer contrast/radiopharmaceuticals per physician orders and protocols Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and regulatory records Follow ALARA radiation safety principles and infection control standards Ensure proper handling, verification, and documentation of radiopharmaceutical doses Manage imaging data for radiologist interpretation and reporting Required Qualifications Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT Certification in Radiography and CT Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License (L.R.T.) BLS Certification Minimum 1 year recent CT experience in hospital setting Strong knowledge of CT protocols, radiation safety, and patient care For more details reach at
