Job Description

Pain Management | Neurosurgical | Orthopedic X-Ray Technician needed for a full-time role with a medical group just outside Southbury, Connecticut. The X-Ray Technician will provide radiological services in support of the group's Neurosurgical, Orthopedic, and Pain Management physicians and providers. One year of experience highly preferred. Responsibilities:
Work in 2 outpatient settings - Southbury, CT and Waterbury, CT. Utilize C-Arm, general Orthopedic and Neurosurgical films, and other radiographic equipment in diagnosis and treatment of practice patients. Position patients in preparation for radiological services. Protect patients and staff from radiation hazards. Implement infection control procedures. Maintain appropriate records. Maintain radiographic supplies, film, and equipment as needed. Utilize and become proficient in EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
