Key Qualifications:
Valid ARRT certification in Radiography State licensure (as applicable) Proven experience in Interventional Radiology imaging Proficiency in operating advanced IR equipment and following safety guidelines Strong adaptability working in diverse clinical settings Excellent communication and patient care skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Safeguard patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records Adhere to established protocols for infection control and radiation safety Actively participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
