Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic imaging environment and apply your expertise as an MRI technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic scans. This 13-week contract opportunity offers a predictable rotating schedule where you can choose between day and evening shifts (5x8-hour shifts each week), with your schedule provided in advance for better work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Valid BLS certification required ARRT(MR) certification required; ARMRIT accepted if you have injection experience Experience with MRI modalities and imaging safety standards Comfortable floating between multiple imaging locations as part of your duties Proficiency working with Siemens, Philips, and Hitachi Oasis MRI equipment preferred Exceptional communication and organizational skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring imaging quality and patient safety Explain procedures to patients, providing compassionate care throughout the process Administer contrast agents, if indicated, and monitor patients post-injection as needed Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure clear imaging results Maintain MRI equipment and troubleshoot as needed, reporting any malfunctions promptly Accurately document patient information, procedures, and scan outcomes in electronic medical records Flexibility to travel between Stuart and Treasure Coast area locations as operational needs dictate
