Qualifications:

ARRT(M) certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of 2 years' mammography experience Solid knowledge of mammography protocols and patient care principles Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Comfort with digital imaging systems and adherence to regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality mammography exams with patient comfort and safety in mind Check imaging orders and ensure appropriate verification for procedures Prepare and position patients carefully for accurate imaging Operate mammography equipment and optimize technical factors for optimal image quality Document exam findings and enter data accurately into electronic records Educate and guide patients through procedures, answering questions with compassion Stay current with protocols and compliance requirements
