Coordinates patient flow and activities of the MRI Scanner.
Job responsibilities include:
Operate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce detailed high quality diagnostic images Select appropriate imaging techniques or coils to produce required images Intravenously inject contrast dyes, such as gadolinium contrast, in accordance with scope of practice Position patients on cradle, attaching immobilization devices, if needed, to ensure appropriate placement for imaging Conduct screening interviews of patients to identify contraindications, such as ferrous objects, pregnancy, prosthetic heart valves, cardiac pacemakers, or tattoos.

- High school diploma or GED required
- One year's experience in the health or patient care related field
- AART certification - Required You will be part of a team that employs over 15 medical providers at 21 statewide locations and GROWING!
