Job Summary and Qualifications Schedule for this position is: Monday - Thursday, 630a-5p Supervises staff in all duties of a radiology procedure on a direct or indirect basis. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements through the State of Florida Office of Radiation Control and maintains all appropriate quality control as defined by above agencies. Ensures completion of all required work at the end of tour. Mets staffing requirements for departments. Provides all necessary PI data as required on the departmental PI plan. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support the hospital's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) 3 years minimum years of experience as a Radiology Diagnostic Technologist Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Prior supervisory experience desired Excellent written/verbal communication skills Benefits HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
