Requirements:

Education:

An Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program is the standard requirement. For specialized roles, a Bachelor s degree may be preferred. National Certification (ARRT): You must hold active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).

Florida State Licensure:

You must possess a valid Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license from the Florida Department of Health. This is a legal requirement to practice in the state, separate from national ARRT certification. Basic Life Support (BLS): Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
