  • Part-time About Us We are a private, outpatient interventional pain management and spine care clinic in Melbourne, FL.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a small, supportive environment. Position Overview We are hiring 1 motivated team member who will be cross-trained as: Front Desk Receptionist Medical Assistant (basic clinical support) Basic X-ray Tech/Procedure Room Assistant (training provided) We serve a diverse patient population; additional language skills (especially Tagalog/other Filipino languages and/or other Asian languages) are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and check in patients Manage phones, faxes, emails, scheduling, and insurance verification Collect co-pays and update patient information Prepare charts, labs, and medical records prior to visits Take vitals, document basic history, and assist during exams/procedures Prep and clean exam rooms and instruments Assist with basic X-ray duties ( training provided ) Maintain office and medical supply inventory Support billing and administrative workflows as needed Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic compliance standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required BLS certification required Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Strong communication and multitasking skills Computer literate; EMR experience preferred Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, or Nursing program students welcome Spanish is a plus Strong verbal communication skills for patient-facing care and phone triage Must pass drug screen and background check Prior spine or image-guided procedure experience is a plus (training will be provided)
Schedule Options Part-Time:
3-3.5 days/week (no weekends) Compensation & Benefits $16
