Mammography Technologist

Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

Qualifications:

Current ARRT(M) certification required Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum of 2 years' experience in mammography Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with digital mammography equipment and protocols

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with attention to patient care and image quality Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and safety procedures Accurately document patient information and maintain detailed records Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care Educate and support patients throughout their imaging procedure, addressing questions and concerns Maintain equipment and work area to ensure optimal operation and cleanliness
