This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment while contributing to an exceptional patient experience. Tech Assistant, you will support technologists with daily imaging operations while helping ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment. You will play a key role in preparing patients, maintaining workflow, and supporting overall clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support Duties Assist CT and MRI Technologists with preparing patients for imaging procedures Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams Perform IV starts as needed (training provided for qualified candidates) Maintain and restock imaging equipment and clinical areas Support documentation and workflow to optimize efficiency Patient Experience Support Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients Assist with patient flow and communication between departments Reinforce a clean, organized, and patient-centered environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Radiology background and/or CT/MR experience strongly preferred Previous patient care, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Benefits & Perks PRN positions are not eligible for benefits.
