Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification with IR designation Valid state radiologic technologist license (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum 1 year experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or similar clinical setting Familiarity with angiography, venous access, embolization, and vascular imaging procedures Comfort working in fast-paced environments and collaborating on multidisciplinary teams Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal imaging outcomes Prepare and maintain angiography suites and sterile fields Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and physicians throughout diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Document procedures and patient responses in accordance with regulatory requirements Assist in patient positioning and equipment calibration Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centered care
