Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to support imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role is ideal for professionals with experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures and assisting medical teams in delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate imaging equipment including X-ray, fluoroscopy, and digital radiography units Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout exams Accurately position patients and select proper imaging techniques based on physician orders Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare practitioners to ensure high-quality diagnostics Maintain clear, accurate records and adhere to all confidentiality, infection control, and safety protocols Perform routine equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues Provide compassionate, informative care and instruction to patients before, during, and after exams
Preferred Qualifications:
Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or eligible Valid state licensure as a Radiology Technologist Proven experience in a hospital or clinic setting, preferably in a high-volume imaging department Strong attention to detail with proficiency in electronic medical records and PACS software systems Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in a supportive healthcare setting, enhance your technical skills, and make a real difference in patient outcomes.
