Category Imaging - IR Tech Job Type Contract A position is available for an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist skilled in imaging procedures, based in Bonaire, GA. This contract role offers a stable 8-hour day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a consistent workweek that supports work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures. Assist physicians during minimally invasive image-guided interventions. Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Maintain and troubleshoot imaging devices to ensure optimal performance. Accurately document procedures and maintain compliance with safety standards.Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or equivalent role. Proficient in IR imaging techniques and the operation of related equipment. Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and biomedical equipment. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Current relevant licensure and certifications as required by state regulations.Location Insight:
