Tech Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience ARRT (MRI) Certification required Current AHA BLS Certification required No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility Equipment Experience Experience with Siemens MRI systems preferred Facility utilizes: Siemens Aera 1.5T Siemens Altea 1.5T (latest platform) Job Summary The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation. The technologist is responsible for ensuring patient safety, operating MRI equipment, and adhering to departmental and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently to obtain diagnostic-quality images Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide exceptional patient care Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records Ensure compliance with MRI safety standards, infection control policies, and departmental procedures Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support quality patient care Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience ARRT (MRI) certification required Current AHA BLS certification required Experience working with Siemens MRI platforms is highly preferred Strong knowledge of MRI safety practices and imaging protocols Additional Information 13-week travel assignment Night shift schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM-6:30 AM Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this assignment Experience with high-performance Siemens MRI systems is preferred to support a fast-paced imaging department. #TB_HC Why TalentBurst?
