Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of physicians Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Maintain and operate sophisticated imaging equipment with attention to safety and accuracy Prepare patients, explain procedures, and provide compassionate care throughout each study Accurately document patient records and imaging findings Remain up to date with IR best practices and participate in ongoing staff education

Qualifications:

ARRT certification in Radiography required; Interventional Radiology (VI) certification preferred Active and unrestricted state license in Radiologic Technology Minimum 1 year of recent IR Tech experience in a hospital or clinical setting Strong communication and patient-centered skills Proven ability to adapt to new environments and technologies
