Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
ARRT certification in Radiography Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Prior experience as an IR Tech in acute or hospital settings Detailed understanding of fluoroscopic, digital subtraction angiography, and sterile techniques Strong ability to communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures Operate and maintain imaging equipment with attention to quality and safety standards Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures Accurately document patient data and imaging findings Follow strict sterile technique and infection control protocols Provide high-quality patient care and instructions before, during, and after procedures
