Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Deliver essential pediatric imaging care in a dynamic hospital setting, utilizing your expertise in both CT and X-ray technology. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with a team focused on patient-centered outcomes and high clinical standards.
Schedule:
Every Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. One weekend overnight (either Saturday or Sunday), 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., every other week 32 hours per pay period
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on CT experience, with proficiency in X-ray procedures Active ARRT certification and current BLS certification required Experience working with pediatric patients, including familiarity with their unique care needs, is essential Comfortable working in both CT and radiologic technologist capacities Demonstrated experience with EPIC electronic medical record system Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Commitment to a nicotine-free work environment (testing required during the screening process) Up-to-date flu vaccination required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality, efficient CT and X-ray examinations for the pediatric population, ensuring safety and accuracy Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to support optimal patient care Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and regulatory guidelines Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information using
EPIC EMR
Provide patient and family education on imaging procedures, supporting comfort and understanding Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed The facility offers a supportive atmosphere where your advanced imaging skills make a direct impact on young patients and their families.
