Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic healthcare setting, providing essential diagnostic support as a CT Technologist. This contract opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality imaging services, ensuring accurate and timely results that assist physicians in critical decision-making.
Qualifications/Experience:
Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent) Active state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, if required Proven experience performing CT procedures in a clinical or hospital environment Sound knowledge of CT imaging protocols, radiation safety, and quality control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients and medical staff Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to varying workflow demands
Schedule/Hours:
Specific hours will be discussed during the interview and may include evening, night, or weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians Verify patient identification and review clinical history prior to examinations Prepare and position patients for accurate imaging, ensuring comfort and safety Operate and maintain CT equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and facility protocols Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and alert providers to critical findings promptly Adhere to strict safety standards and infection control measures Assist with patient records, data entry, and department documentation as needed Maintain an organized and clean work area Take the next step in your career by contributing your expertise in medical imaging and making a tangible impact on patient outcomes.
