Job Description

Hawaii Radiologic Associates (HRA) is seeking a full time Radiologic technologist to join our team in beautiful Kailua Kona, Hawaii. HRA is an outpatient imaging clinic that has been servicing Hawai'i Island for over 50 years with two clinics in Hilo and one clinic in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Relocation assistance may be provided to candidates who do not currently reside on Hawai'i Island.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, as directed by physicians
  • Position patients and equipment to obtain the best diagnostic images
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Review images for quality and ensure that all necessary information is captured
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic results
  • Maintain patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
  • Follow established protocols and safety measures to minimize radiation exposure
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Radiology Technology or equivalent
  • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist
  • State of Hawaii Radiology Technologist License (or acquire before start date)
  • Proficient in using medical imaging software and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
