Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Interventional Radiology imaging equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist radiologists and physicians during minimally invasive procedures by providing technical expertise and maintaining sterile technique. Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety measures are followed and patient comfort is prioritized. Accurately document and manage imaging records within hospital systems. Adhere to established protocols and maintain compliance with hospital and industry standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in Radiography; IR specialty credential preferred. Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Iowa. Prior hospital or clinical experience in Interventional Radiology. Proficiency with imaging equipment and electronic medical records. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care.
