CT/Diagnostic Technologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and certified CT/Diagnostic Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care by operating advanced CT and X-Ray equipment, capturing precise diagnostic images, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage CT and X-Ray procedures, ensuring accurate patient positioning and adherence to scan instructions. Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to guarantee optimal performance. Administer contrast agents under medical supervision and monitor patients for any adverse reactions. Collaborate effectively with medical staff to interpret imaging results and address patient care needs.
Work Schedule:
This position requires a 3-week rotating schedule with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including call and holiday rotations.
The schedule is as follows:
Week 1: Monday, Friday, and Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 3: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited American Medical Association School of Radiologic Technology. ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT). Valid state Medical Radiographer license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required within three months of hire. Preferred experience includes one year in CT or graduation from an approved CT/MRI program.
Skills and Abilities:
Outstanding communication skills to interact with patients, families, and medical personnel. Strong analytical ability to compute exposure factors and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Proficient in working with pediatric patients and knowledgeable in cross-sectional anatomy for CT exams.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $29.35 to $47.00 per hour. This role is eligible for full-time benefits, including: Sign-on bonus, $15,000 Tuition reimbursement and assistance Shift differentials and other financial incentives Free parking
