Key Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field. Valid ARRT (CT) certification required. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Imaging Technologist. At least one year of experience performing CT scans in a clinical setting. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to new team dynamics and facility protocols.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality CT scans as ordered by physicians while ensuring safety and comfort for all patients. Prepare scan rooms and maintain imaging equipment according to regulatory standards. Accurately document procedures, patient histories, and complete required electronic charting. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Monitor for changes in patient status, responding promptly and appropriately. Maintain professionalism, patient confidentiality, and the highest ethical standards at all times.
