Schedule and Hours:
Full-time travel contract Flexible start, with day and evening shifts available depending on assignment Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Valid certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT Preferred) State radiologic technologist licensure in Iowa (or eligibility) At least one year of recent experience in interventional radiology/imaging Strong understanding of sterile technique and vascular procedures Advanced knowledge in handling imaging equipment (CT, ultrasound, fluoroscopy modalities) BLS certification (required), ACLS (preferred) Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality interventional radiology procedures as ordered by physicians Prepare patients for imaging and provide compassionate care throughout their experience Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and technologists to ensure patient safety and workflow efficiency Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with all healthcare regulations Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
