Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Join a dynamic imaging team specializing in MRI technology located in Urbandale, IA. This contract role offers a structured 4x10 day schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing 40 hours per week. Additional on-call responsibilities include one weeknight and one weekend (Friday or Saturday) every tenth weekend, ensuring a balanced workload with predictable hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI imaging using Siemens and GE MRI equipment across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings. Administer power injection contrast injections safely and accurately. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Float between campuses within the local area, including multiple medical centers. Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document imaging procedures.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Proven MRI technologist skills with experience on Siemens and GE MRI systems. Comfort performing imaging in a variety of patient care environments including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient. Ability to administer power injection contrast injections. Familiarity with

EPIC EMR

preferred. Flexibility to float across multiple campus locations within a 50-mile radius. Completion of a New Grad Orientation of 16 hours is required for new hires.
