We are seeking an experienced and versatile team player to fill the role of Radiologic Technologist who is willing to cross train and gain skills in all areas of patient care and who will support an entrepreneurial team consisting of physicians, (family & sports medicine), nurse practitioners, physical therapists, mental health, and massage therapists.

Since 2004, ERHC has served as a leader in first responder medicine, caring for those who safeguard our families and communities. Headquartered in Boise with an additional clinic located in Nampa, ERHC is the provider of choice for emergency agencies throughout southwestern Idaho and select locations across the states supporting 40+ fire, police, and EMS departments and caring for approximately 8,000 responders and their family members (newborn to age 65). ERHC's practice model spans "360 degrees of care" from preventative wellness, sports medicine, occupational medicine, primary and urgent care, physical therapy, and Workers' Compensation—to mental health therapy, allied health services, and workforce wellness consultation. ERHC has expanded its unique practice model into the Northeastern Washington and Northern Idaho region.
Schedule:
Part-time, Weekdays (2-3 days/week; Saturday rotation)
Work Location/ Travel:
Located in Boise, Idaho— Fully equipped exam room featuring on-site digital X-ray imaging technology and diagnostic equipment Occasional company-paid travel with a small clinic crew to perform wellness examinations at off-site locations

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for organization of x-ray room. Prepare patients for radiologic procedures. Escort patients to the x-ray room and instruct and assist patients in body positioning. During procedure process ensures patients are comfortable. Operate radiologic equipment to produce quality images for diagnosis. Verbal discussions with external facilities when needed. Track x-ray exams. Upload results into EMR for providers and ensure hard copy paperwork is complete where applicable. Input proper PCT codes for in-house imaging into EMR. Send complete notes regarding patient injury status to radiologist. Ensure proper function and track preventative maintenance of x-ray equipment. Maintain proper inventory levels of all supplies as needed. Manage imaging interface. Maintain safety and practice
ALARA Additional Clinical Requirements:
Assist with clinical patient care and Medical Assistant responsibilities as needed, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and supporting providers during visits Demonstrate proficiency in clinic-based EMR applications. Knowledge of eClinicalWorks is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently and independently with a provider. Demonstrate proficiency in basic patient care and health screening competencies. Support a collaborative, patient-centered and team-based work environment. Meet clinic standards for consistent punctuality and attendance. Quick learner, able to work independently after training, be motivated, and dedicated to the mission of ERHC while caring for the areas first responders. Maintain a positive, fun, and open-minded attitude in regard to patient demographic and clinic environment. Willing to cross train to assist in all areas of patient care and proficiently execute varying screening tests. These include audiometry tests, spirometry, EKGs, vision screening, and (possibly) cardiac stress testing. (We will train you and your skills will grow with us!!) Other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Compensation/Benefits:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
