Schedule:
Part-time — two shift options available: 0.2 FTE (~1 day/week, approx. 8 hours) 0.6 FTE (~3 days/week, approx. 24 hours) Days and hours fall within our standard clinic schedule (Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:00pm); specific days will be coordinated based on clinic need and your availability. We're growing our imaging team and looking for a part-time X-Ray Technologist who wants meaningful, flexible work in a clinic that actually stands for something. What You'll Do Perform extremity X-ray and fluoroscopic imaging to support diagnosis and treatment, following physician orders and ALARA principles Prepare patients for procedures and walk them through what to expect Room patients, collect vitals, and document accurately in the EMR (Epic) Support clinical tasks like injection prep, wound care, DME, and pre/post-op care Relay physician and PA instructions to patients about their treatment plans Maintain imaging equipment, perform daily QC checks, and report issues promptly Triage calls and pitch in where the team needs you Who We're Looking For You have a degree in Radiologic Technology and are either ARRT certified or on track to complete certification within 6 months of hire. Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (or IDPH Radiologic Technologist) licensure is required to practice in this role. Beyond credentials, we're looking for someone who: Enjoys working directly with patients and takes pride in their experience Stays calm, adapts quickly, and looks for ways to make things run smoother Is comfortable with a consistent but reduced weekly schedule Is comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25-30 lbs as part of patient positioning Speaks Spanish?
