Travel Radiologic Technologist in Cicero, IL

Schedule/Hours:

8-hour shifts: Days (8:30a-5p), Mids (2:30p-11p), Nights (10:30p-7a) Weekend rotation: Every other weekend Holiday shifts not required Four-week schedule cycles, with schedules provided 1-2 weeks in advance Flexibility in time off, pending managerial approval On-call not required, but available if desired

Qualifications:

Active BLS and ARRT certifications IEMA license (No limited licenses) General x-ray proficiency: chest, long bones, etc. Acute care experience required (not just mobile x-ray) Fluoroscopy and OR experience a plus, but not mandatory Comfortable with portable imaging and working independently on night shifts Familiarity with EMR—EPIC, and GE X-ray equipment Adaptability to different settings within the imaging department

Role Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of general x-ray exams, including in ER and portable settings Work autonomously, especially during night shifts Collaborate with a supportive team, including lead techs, 24/7 RT and hospitalists, and radiologists available during daytime hours Accurately document scans in GE PACS and EPIC systems Engage in a comprehensive, supportive orientation process
