1 Description American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level 1 Trauma Center in Downers Grove, IL, requiring ARRT (CT) certification and at least 1 year of CT experience. Details 333-bed Magnet-designated Level 1 Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with ACR CT Accreditation CT unit serving inpatient, outpatient, and ED patient populations 1:1 patient ratio with a volume of approximately 10-12 exams per 8-hour shift Routine CT procedures include chest, abd/pelvis, PE, brain, and head studies Portable exams performed in the ED and other inpatient units Equipment includes GE CT Revolution, GE

CT HD750, GE CT

LightSpeed, and GE PACS Epic EMR — experience preferred 10-hour night shifts from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM No weekend rotation, no on-call requirement Holiday coverage expectations vary No floating required Requirements Minimum of 12 months of core CT experience, with most recent experience within the last year Graduate of an accredited CT program Active BLS, IEMA, and ARRT (CT) certifications required IL license required if applicable Proficiency in routine CT procedures including chest, abd/pelvis, PE, brain, and head Ability to work independently and collaboratively with ancillary staff and other CT Technologists At least 1 professional reference from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN collected within the last year Additional Information First-time travelers will be considered on a case-by-case basis Local candidates are accepted at the same rate — no radius rule applies Former employees of Advocate Health or any subsidiaries must be separated for at least 12 months before being eligible Orientation consists of general onboarding (badge and login access) plus 24-40 hours of unit-specific orientation RT and hospitalist support available 24/7 Time off requests must be approved through the Lead CT Technologist and Manager Professional scrubs required; department color is Caribbean Blue, though any professional scrub color is acceptable Free parking is available on site Candidate's middle name or initial, date of birth, and last 4 digits of SSN are required for consideration
