Schedule/Hours:
Weekend rotation: Call only 10-11 call shifts per month, including 2 weekends (F/Sa/Su) Call hours: 4p-7a (weekdays); 4p Friday-7a Monday (weekends) 30-minute response time required Facility orientation: 12 hours
Qualifications & Experience:
Radiology Tech:
IEMA (IL license), ARRT, BLS, ACLS Minimum of 2 years' experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology; cross-training preferred Ability to scrub and pan simultaneously, with proficiency in Impella, balloon pump, and hemodynamic monitoring Hybrid/EP/IR experience is a plus Prior travel experience is required; not open to first-time travelers COVID vaccination required
Daily Responsibilities:
Deliver direct care in various procedural rooms, including cath lab, hybrid, EP, and IR settings Work with adult inpatients and outpatients, focusing on intra-procedural care (no pre/post required) Manage a 1:1 patient ratio for optimal outcomes Document procedures using EPIC, Merge hemodynamic, and GE Cardio (EP) Participate in an on-call rotation as part of a dedicated three-person team
