SAINT JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER
•JOLIET LLC (SJJIL) is seeking an experienced Travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Joliet, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have strong mammography experience, excellent patient care skills, and current Illinois-required credentials. Responsibilities Perform high-quality mammography procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures Operate mammography equipment safely and efficiently Ensure patient comfort and maintain confidentiality at all times Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Follow radiation safety and infection control standards Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care Requirements Minimum 1 year of Mammography experience required Current Mammographer certification required Licensed/credentialed by IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) required ARRT (M) certification preferred Current BLS certification required Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong communication and patient care skills
