Our private medical practice is hiring a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our wonderful team.

This part-time position (16-30 hours/week) is perfect for a skilled professional with at least 1 year of C-arm experience. If you have a background in pain management, interventional radiology, or orthopedics and a passion for patient safety and imaging excellence, we want to meet you! Deliver high-quality care in a dynamic, supportive clinical environment. Duties Operate C-arm machines to provide continuous, real-time X-ray guidance during complex surgeries Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining proper aseptic techniques to prevent infection. Position, calibrate, and adjust the C-arm during procedures to ensure optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure. Operate complex imaging equipment safely while adhering to radiation safety standards and protocols. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate diagnostic evaluation and ensure optimal image quality. Work seamlessly with the surgical team, anticipate imaging needs, and maintain strict sterile fields within the OR Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures performed, patient information, and technical data in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and inspected regularly to guarantee safety and performance standards. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic radiology principles to support accurate interpretation and patient care.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
Certifications:
Active certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) .
Licensure:
State-specific radiologic technologist license. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is also required.
Experience:
1+ years of prior experience in radiography or C-arm operation, along with strong working knowledge of anatomy.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with digital imaging software, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and fluoroscopic techniques. Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration within fast-paced clinical environments. Knowledge of medical imaging regulations and standards for quality assurance and diagnostic accuracy.
