Qualifications & Experience:
Certified Radiologic Technologist with IR specialization or relevant certification Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration State licensure as required Demonstrated experience working in Interventional Radiology is strongly preferred Proficient in operating and maintaining IR imaging equipment Knowledge of sterile procedures and radiation safety standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic clinical settings
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff during interventional procedures Prepare and position patients for IR imaging studies Operate fluoroscopy, CT, and other imaging modalities as required for procedures Monitor and ensure high-quality diagnostic images Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Uphold safety protocols and infection control measures at all times Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on imaging equipment Support patient comfort and provide clear procedural explanations to patients and families This opportunity in a dynamic medical environment offers you the chance to apply your specialized imaging skills while contributing to positive patient outcomes.
