  • Day shift: 4 10-hour shifts week one; 2 10-hour shifts and 1 12-hour shift week two Electrophysiology lab
How You'll Contribute:
Positions, prepares, and immobilizes patients to accurately demonstrate anatomy; independently selects technical factors to produce high‑quality images at the lowest reasonable dose. Assists in complex interventional, vascular, and neuro‑interventional procedures (e.g., declotting, UFE, venous ablations, aneurysm coiling, stent placement, stroke interventions) requiring advanced vascular and neurovascular anatomy knowledge. Performs procedures in collaboration with interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, neuro/interventional specialists, and related providers. Obtains and transmits diagnostic angiographic images (DSA/DA) to PACS and provides radiologists with pertinent patient history, contraindications, and prior exam data. Prepares patients and rooms using sterile technique; assists with angiograms and special procedures, including arterial access support, contrast preparation, and equipment setup/maintenance. Provides direct patient care and communication, including monitoring (cardiac/physiologic), patient and family education, emergency response, safe patient flow, and adherence to safety protocols and universal precautions. Supports department operations and quality outcomes through inventory management, accurate documentation/charging, compliance with CQI and safety initiatives, teamwork, leadership development, and instruction of students and technologists.

Must have attended an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology and be ARRT registered. This position will need to recognize needs and behaviors of a variety of age groups of patients and treat all customers with age specific appropriateness.
