Radiology Technologist | Cath Lab (Training Provided) Clinical Magnet , a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our partner's Cath Lab full-time team in Rockford, IL . This is a

Why Choose This Opportunity Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, retirement, short and long-term disability, paternity leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance • Tuition reimbursement for career advancement Rad Tech Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures Operate radiologic imaging equipment efficiently and safely Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance standards Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment Qualifications Graduate of a two-year Radiologic Technology program required Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license required Current ARRT certification required Current CPR certification required ACLS certification preferred; required within one year of hire if not currently obtained Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills Cath lab experience is NOT required — technologists from general radiology backgrounds are welcome, and full training will be provided to expand skills and transition into cath lab responsibilities if needed Compensation & Benefits $36.99-%55.49/hour + on-call and overtime pay Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus! 7a-5:30p (four 10-hour shifts) with rotating on-call (must be 30-minutes from facility)
