Overview + Health, dental, and vision insurance options + Paid vacation, sick time and holidays + Bereavement leave, FMLA and other leave options + Employer 401K options + Tuition reimbursement options + Life, disability, and other insurance options + Many other amazing benefits Responsibilities + Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures such as radiography, CT scans, mammography, bone density tests, ultrasound, and other examinations following departmental protocols + Responsible for ensuring that X-ray equipment is functioning properly and that images meet quality standards, which may involve performing equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting as needed + Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during X-ray examinations + Maintain accurate records of X-ray procedures, including patient information, images, and relevant medical history + Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification + Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images Qualifications + Registered in the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ( ARRT ). State of Kansas RT licensure, or temporary permit issued by KS State Board of Healing Arts upon hire + ARRT -R is required + Current BCLS ( AHA ) + Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program required, JRCERT accreditation preferred + Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations + Proficient computer skills + At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred Employment Status Full Time Shift Days Equal Employment Opportunity EEOC KnowYourRights\ screen\_reader\ 10\ Need help finding the right job?
