Diagnostic Radiology Schedule:

Day-Shift | PRN What You Will Do Create high-resolution diagnostic images by expertly positioning patients and selecting precise technical parameters to ensure radiologists can make accurate, timely diagnoses. Champion patient safety by strictly adhering to radiation protection guidelines and monitoring patients during procedures to ensure their well-being and comfort. Manage clinical protocols by preparing and administering contrast media safely, ensuring all imaging procedures comply with state and federal regulations. Drive departmental excellence by monitoring imaging workflows and recommending refinements to protocols, ensuring our technology and techniques remain at the forefront of care. Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomographyrequired in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Professional Certification:

Current ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology (R) in good standing.
