1 Description American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with ARRT (MR) certification and Siemens MRI experience for a weekend day shift contract at an acute care hospital. Details Friday, Saturday, and Sunday day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (3x12-hour shifts) MRI unit within an acute care hospital setting Patient population includes pediatric patients and those requiring anesthesia No call required Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Requirements Current BLS and ARRT (MR) certification required Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or academic teaching facility preferred Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI equipment required Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patient populations required MRI safety knowledge, including the ability to research implants and adhere to scanning protocols Epic EMR and PACS experience preferred State license required if applicable 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years required for consideration Additional Information Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 6 months before being eligible to return as a traveler All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission — RTO requests made after submission will not be approved
