Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Embark on an impactful role specializing in advanced CT imaging while supporting patient care in a vibrant clinical environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced CT Technologists interested in maximizing their skills with diverse scheduling options and immediate start availability.
Schedule/Hours:
Option 1: 40, 36, or 32 hours weekly. Every Saturday/Sunday 16-hour shifts (7 a.m. - 11 p.m.), with an optional 4 or 8-hour shift during the week to reach 36 or 40 hours—flexible weekday selection Option 2: 40 hours weekly, rotating schedule (9 p.m. - 7 a.m.), every other weekend required Option 3: 36 hours, overnight shifts (6:30 p.m. - 7 a.m.), every other weekend
Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent required Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment in a clinical or hospital setting Comprehensive understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and CT protocols Ability to perform accurate, high-quality scans and adapt to varying exam requirements Strong attention to patient safety, radiation safety standards, and infection control protocols Excellent interpersonal communication for effective patient interaction and collaborative teamwork BLS certification required

Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring optimal image quality for diagnostics Properly position patients and provide clear instructions for each procedure Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and imaging logs Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Effectively manage workflow to meet department standards and patient volume Monitor and maintain CT equipment, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel Benefit from flexible scheduling that aligns with your lifestyle and clinical expertise, and start making a difference immediately.
