Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Advance your career in diagnostic imaging by providing expert care as a CT technologist. You'll play a critical role in patient assessment, safety, and the execution of high-quality CT scans utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. This contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated healthcare professionals in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional imaging services.
Key Qualifications:
Valid ARRT (CT) certification and current state licensure Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging equipment Proficient in patient positioning, protocol selection, and image acquisition Solid knowledge of radiation safety procedures and regulatory compliance Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for CT examinations with a focus on comfort, safety, and optimal imaging results Operate CT equipment and select appropriate scanning protocols as directed by physicians Ensure accurate documentation, patient identification, and image labeling Monitor patients during procedures and respond promptly to any questions or needs Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary Collaborate closely with radiologists and other medical staff for seamless workflow and patient care Uphold strict standards of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Benefits include the support of an experienced team, exposure to a variety of cases, and valuable professional growth experiences.
