Qualifications & Experience:
Registered MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent certification required) Proven experience in operating MRI equipment and performing imaging procedures Current BLS certification Solid understanding of MRI safety protocols and best practices Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction Experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic MRI scans according to established protocols Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring providers for optimal patient outcomes Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging factors Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and MRI equipment Document procedures, maintain patient records, and adhere to regulatory guidelines
