Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a healthcare environment. This contract role requires someone with expertise in MRI procedures and strong technical acumen, ensuring accuracy and patient safety throughout each step of the process.
Key Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist program required Active registration with ARRT (MR) Demonstrated experience in MRI imaging techniques and equipment Thorough understanding of MRI safety protocols Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team coordination
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized MRI scans according to physician orders and facility protocol Prepare and position patients to obtain the best images while ensuring comfort and safety Explain procedures to patients and manage any questions or concerns during the process Operate, calibrate, and maintain MRI equipment Monitor image quality and adjust settings as necessary for optimal results Safeguard patient data and observe all privacy regulations Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to review and deliver accurate results Maintain accurate records and handle documentation promptly
