Travel Contract Assignment Required Skills & Qualifications:
Current certification or registration as an MRI technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Proficiency in operating MRI scanners and associated imaging equipment Experience in producing diagnostically accurate images with attention to quality and patient safety Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction Compliance with facility safety policies and HIPAA requirements Current BLS certification
Core Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and image quality standards Prepare patients for procedures, explain MRI processes clearly, and address their concerns Coordinate with physicians and healthcare personnel to achieve precise imaging results Accurately document procedures and maintain up-to-date patient records Contribute to the daily operations and efficiency of the imaging department
