Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to a collaborative medical team as a Radiologic Technologist with expertise in X-ray and Imaging. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic and supportive workplace, providing critical diagnostic support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Licensed Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Valid state license in Radiologic Technology Proficient in standard X-ray procedures and digital imaging systems Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and radiology safety protocols Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with patients and medical staff Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and quality patient care
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic radiology examinations, including X-rays and other imaging as ordered by physicians Prepare patients for procedures, explaining steps and ensuring comfort and safety at all times Operate imaging equipment and ensure images meet physician and regulatory standards Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and all institutional protocols Inspect and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
