5x8 Nights (11:00 PM-7:30 AM; Mon-Fri) Start date: 06/29/2026 Work setting: travel assignment in a clinical imaging department within a health system Responsibilities Perform MRI scans using GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0, following protocol orders to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Prepare and position patients, screen for implants or contraindications, and administer contrast as required. Adjust imaging parameters and sequences to optimize image quality and minimize artifacts; review images for technical adequacy. Maintain strict patient safety practices and MRI safety guidelines; monitor patient comfort during scanning. Collaborate with another MRI Tech or Tech Aide; travel assignments require not working solo and on-call after midnight as needed. Document procedures and results in Meditech Expanse; ensure accurate labeling and timely communication of findings to the clinical team. Requirements 2+ years MRI experience (current) and ARRT MR Certification GE MRI equipment experience; Meditech Expanse experience preferred Must have own vehicle; perm address must be on file in profile Willingness to work weekends and evenings; on-call as needed Active American Heart Association BLS certification RTO requests must be included in profile at submission; requests after offer may be rescinded Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract Assistance with profile requirements and submission process 13-week travel assignment with potential extension Find more opportunities Interested in other openings?
