Radiologic Technologist (New Grad Welcome) Health Express Urgent Care |

Supportive onboarding in a collaborative, patient-first environment Predictable urgent care imaging volume ideal for new graduates Opportunity to build confidence and autonomy quickly Massachusetts licensure fee reimbursement after one year of employment What You'll Do Diagnostic Imaging & Equipment Operation Perform diagnostic X-rays as ordered by the treating provider using digital imaging equipment in accordance with Massachusetts regulations and clinic protocols Position patients accurately and safely for imaging procedures Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients Review images for proper identification and quality prior to physician and radiologist overreads Maintain and sanitize imaging equipment and rooms to ensure readiness and compliance Clinical Support Assist providers with prescribed treatments and procedures within scope of practice Support patient triage and room preparation Prepare exam rooms based on patient complaints Contribute to efficient clinical flow in a small-team environment Administrative & Cross-Functional Support Maintain required imaging logs and documentation Support front desk and medical assistant functions when necessary Help maintain a clean, organized, patient-centered environment This is a cross-functional role in a small, high-performing team. Flexibility, professionalism, and teamwork are essential. Qualifications Massachusetts Temporary Radiologic Technologist License Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Basic knowledge of digital radiography Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and universal precautions Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Comfortable working independently New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

From $40.00 per hour
