Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Experience the historic charm and vibrant coastal atmosphere of Salem, MA while advancing your imaging career as an MRI specialist. This travel role places you in a region known for its unique blend of culture, history, and picturesque New England scenery. Outside of work, you'll find downtime adventures at local museums, waterfront parks, and nearby explore-worthy trails, making each shift an opportunity for personal and professional enrichment. This dynamic MRI position involves rotational coverage at two distinct sites—an outpatient imaging center and a major hospital—offering firsthand experience with different patient populations and schedules. You'll sharpen your skills working with Siemens MRI systems, enhance your adaptability with varying workflows, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams using the
EPIC EMR
system. Exposure to both inpatient and outpatient environments provides a platform for expanding your technical expertise, building your leadership capacity, and elevating your resume with diverse, hands-on experiences.
Schedule:
Sunday to
Tuesday:
7:00pm - 7:00am Full-time, 40 hours/week Rotating holiday and floating coverage required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' MRI experience Proficiency with Siemens MRI scanners Certified with ARRT or ARMRIT, plus valid CPR certification Skilled in phlebotomy, Outlook, and strong interpersonal communication
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI imaging studies on varied populations Rotate between hospital and outpatient settings, adapting to unit-specific protocols Document studies in the
EPIC EMR
system Engage in ongoing collaboration with physicians, nurses, and support staff Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements Participate in holiday and rotating shift coverage as scheduled
