Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Radiologic Technologist specializing in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology is available in Salem, MA. This travel assignment is centered in the Cardiac Cath Lab, providing advanced imaging services within an adult patient population. Assignments involve working closely with state-of-the-art equipment such as Toshiba X-Ray and Cannon systems, using the EPIC-Cupid electronic medical record system for charting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interventional cardiac imaging procedures including PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, and ablations. Scrub for device implants, lead revisions, and ablations in the EP lab. Potential to float to Interventional Radiology based on staffing needs. Maintain rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist with a current MA license. Minimum of 3 years of recent experience specifically in cardiac cath and EP labs. Proficient with interventional cardiac procedures and
EPIC EMR
system. Certified in
AHA ACLS.
Ability to scrub and assist in PCI and EP procedures.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) per week. Seven on-call shifts per 4-week cycle, including three full weekend shifts with onsite call room availability.
